Do you deliver outside the UK?

Only by special arrangement. If you live outside the UK please email studio@angieboothroyd.com to find out if shipping is available to your country.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes. Simply phone (020) 7419 1152.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, Switch, MasterCard, Solo and Delta. If you would rather pay by cheque or cash, please place your order by phone or email.

How do I know that my order has been accepted?

You will receive, usually within one business day, an emailed acknowledgement of your order. If you suspect your order has not gone through please contact Angie Boothroyd.

When will my order be delivered?

Between 1 – 4 weeks, depending on whether the item is currently in stock. If you must have an item by a certain date, please phone or email to confirm availability before placing your order.

Can I collect the order myself to avoid delivery charges?

Yes, but to do so you need to order by phone or email as online orders automatically add a £5 delivery charge. Please call (020) 7419 1152 or email studio@angieboothroyd.com to place your order

I can’t find the piece I’m looking for on the website. What do I do?

Simply phone or email Angie with details of the item you’re interested in.

I want to order an item from the website but with a slight alteration. Is this possible?

Yes. Please phone or email Angie for a quote.

Can I return the goods if I don’t like them?

Certainly. You have fourteen calendar days from receipt of your order to return the items for any reason. The jewellery must, however, be unworn (except for trying it on) and undamaged. You are also responsible for its safe return. Your money will be refunded without delay once the goods are received.
