Company Information: Angie Boothroyd is the trading name of Angie Boothroyd Limited. Registered in England No. 07072312. Registered office 27 Mortimer Street, London, W1T 3BL.

Delivery: Items which are in stock will be despatched within two business days. Items not in stock will require up to four weeks before despatch. Items are normally shipped in the UK using Special Delivery. For other destinations, items are shipped either via Royal Mail Airsure or with a courier company.

Prices: All prices are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate. Customers outside the EU will have VAT deducted from their purchase at checkout. Postage and packing will be added to all orders at checkout. All prices are subject to change without notice. Any item listed with a price of £0.00 is not available for purchase on this website.

Duties and Taxes: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or any other surcharges which may be raised by your government upon import of goods. Angie Boothroyd Limited cannot be held responsible for these.

Returns: You have 14 days to return goods for any reason. You are responsible for the safe carriage of items to Angie Boothroyd, and you must first email hello@angieboothroyd first to arrange delivery. You will then receive a refund for the full value of your order, including postage and packing charges incurred in shipping the order to you.

Disclaimer: Angie Boothroyd Limited’s contract with you: No contract shall exist between you and Angie Boothroyd Limited until Angie Boothroyd Limited has 1) sent you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order, and 2) taken payment from your credit or debit card. Angie Boothroyd Limited is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies or for unavailability. Angie Boothroyd Limited reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any goods ordered.

Information will not be shared with any other party except for the purposes of informing you of such events. Financial data will be encrypted by up-to-date encryption technology and will be sent directly to the Merchant Bank where it will be processed. For your own protection you must not divulge credit card information via email.
